PIPING

Stress and flexibility analysis of metallic and non-metallic piping and piping systems to the requirements of the PER and SANS 347, and in accordance with international Codes of Constructions (i.e ASME B31), using AutoPIPE piping design software. All designs are approved by a Professional Engineer where required by law. Our services include stress and flexibility analysis, primary and secondary pipe support designs, flange and nozzle load calculations and more.

Applications in power and steam generation, plant process piping, gas and liquid transportation & water services.

 

Deliverables include stress isometrics, fabrication isometrics and spool drawings as required for design approval by and AIA and for fabrication purposes.
